To speed up & streamline your Express experience on the day of travel, full payment is taken at the time of booking. If your plans change, just ensure you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking time for a refund.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund.

Children under the age of 5 travel for free, on the basis that they will sit on an adult’s lap if the service is full. Everyone aged 5 and up needs their own seat and will be $12 one-way, $20 return.

We don’t charge for baggage, but if you have a lot of it, please let us know in the ‘special requirements’ box.
