Project Description
We specialise in Estate produced Waiheke Bordeaux wines by the glass or bottle. Our north-facing site affords our vines all-day sun, enabling us to ripen these Cabernet varieties to perfection. Our site is sheltered from the cooler Southwest winds and in summer we can experience over 80 days of temperatures in the 30 degree (celcius) mark during the ripening period. As stewards of this profound site, our intent is to most purely and faithfully express the timeless character of the land in our wines.
We also boast our own olives and olive oil. Our cellar door opens from 11.30am. For a premium tasting experience, please contact us to arrange an appointment.
